Maisha Girls Safe House had a very exciting visit by the Global Commission on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, led by Theresa May. This visit highlights the critical importance of our mission to support and empower young survivors of human trafficking and sexual violence.

During the visit, Theresa May and the commission members toured our facilities, met with the courageous girls in our care, and engaged in insightful discussions about the challenges and triumphs we face in our daily work. Their support and global perspective provide invaluable encouragement as we continue our efforts to create a safe and nurturing environment for our girls.
